Iceland

I fell in love with the imagery of Iceland through the music of Björk. If you've seen any of her music videos, you probably know what I'm talking about. It's a land of contrasts, green fields and volcanic rock, glaciers atop active volcanoes, and beautiful people on an island in the North Atlantic. In my time here, I felt isolation and warmth, I saw stunning and powerful natural beauty, and I met strangers with open minds and cool customs. Iceland stands out unique in my travels, and I hope to one day return and relive some of what I felt.
